Remote monitoring ensures boiler uptime

Unexpected steam boiler failures resulted in downtime and disruption of the brewing process at Ipswich Ale Brewery.

A Simplicity Gauge and Simplicity Edge were installed in less than 5 minutes to monitor the boiler pressure and temperature. After a few days, when the boiler was running outside of the threshold resulting in the boiler shutting down, push notifications and text message alarms allowed maintenance to troubleshoot the issue and prevent extended downtime.
